The M&M School of Winemaking provides a progressive educational experience in a fun and engaging format. Our mission is to promote winemaking in a way that is approachable from all skill levels and that occurs in a setting that allows the educational process to occur in as natural way as possible. Our ideal customer response is “Wow! What an incredibly fun experience and I cannot believe what I’ve learned. I can’t wait to do it again…” The term “School” is very important because we are very much about educating our customer base and while a customer can opt to come in for a guided wine making experience, we offer a more formal curriculum that includes an interactive lecture series and hands-on winemaking labs. The M&M School of Winemaking is the portion of the M&M Family of Wine that provides a physical forum for wine related events, interesting and educational wine programs, and hands-on winemaking under the guidance of winemaking professionals. It is a “center” for advancing wine appreciation and understanding of the winemaking process. It is a center where people can come to find out more about the wonderful world of wine, winemaking, and the local wine industry.
